At 1,555 feet above sea level, Crown Mountain is the highest point on St. Thomas. Even if you are unable to summit, the views of the island’s west side are breathtaking, and the terrain lush and green. A trek to this mountain on the island’s southern portion, taking Crown Mountain Road (also called 33 West), which wraps around Crown Mountain, is worth it.
