Uncle Bob’s Popcorn is a retail representation of that picture-perfect candy store of your youth, complete with old-fashioned candy dishes filled with different flavors of not candy, but popcorn. The 15 flavors making up Uncle Bob’s “menu” range from traditional, like cheese and caramel, to unheard of, such as blueberry and their signature jalapeño. Since its opening in 1963, Uncle Bob’s has transferred hands from time to time, and is now owned by husband-wife duo Jim and Valerie Wright. It also serves up cotton candy and snow cones.
