Vancouver’s most exciting culinary playground, The Dirty Apron Cooking School is a place for amateur cooks, the curious and professionals alike to learn, explore and unleash their inner chef. The school was established by Karri and Nico Schuermans and former Chambar sous-chef David Robertson. Hands-on nightly cooking classes walk students through each step of crafting a complete meal and feature various themes. Classes are approximately four hours in length, and they involve plenty of taste-testing.
