Opened three years ago by Josh Pape and Mark Brand, who met at Chambar restaurant, this Gastown bar, housed in a historic building, draws in a diverse crowd, all clamoring for coupes of The Parliament (Cachaca, Fernet Branca, lime and honey) and The First Word (vodka, grapefruit, elderberry and Maraschino liqueur).
