Founded in 1990 to promote a unique brand of performance using contemporary and ancient art forms, Redmoon has created a performance style that is equal parts pageantry, gadgetry, spectacle and acrobatics. For example, they’ll take classic stories, like the Seagull, and build huge representations of different characters. Once they did Moby Dick with a huge skeletal whale that took up the entire stage.
