This intimate wine bar in Chicago’s Humboldt Park neighborhood celebrates small batch wines and beers from around the globe. The well thought out wine list focuses on organic and biodynamic varieties with more than 60 bottles from Greece, Italy, Austria and even Slovenia, among many others. Although it may be difficult to find a table at this cozy eatery on the weekends, chef Duncan Biddulph’s menu of small plates is worth the wait. Try the crust with poached pear, mizuna, goat cheese vinaigrette and toasted pistachios or the charcuterie plate paired with artisan cheese.
