Since opening in 2009, the outdoor terrace on the 16th floor of Trump International Hotel & Tower has been the most sought after seat in Chicago. Perched high above the Chicago River, enjoy dramatic views of the Chicago skyline, Lake Michigan and Navy Pier’s semi-weekly fireworks show. This summer, the Terrace at Trump will transform into a Polynesian paradise with exotic décor, lush foliage and touches of bamboo. The culinary team, led by executive pastry chef Sarah Kosikowski, is embracing this tiki-trend with a Chinese and Polynesian influenced menu. Bring a few friends to share the seafood platter (jumbo cocktail shrimp, West and East Coast Oysters, Alaskan crab claws and fresh steamed lobster tail) and a punchbowl of Motu Ahe (Cruzan dark rum with mango, papaya and guava juices).
