The newest addition to James Beard award-winning chef Michael Schwartz’s group has finally given Miami’s Design District a true, upscale fine dining spot. Inspired by 1920s glamour, Schwartz overlooked no detail—from the sophisticated service, beautiful china and breathtaking chandeliers, to the perfectly crafted cocktail and wine lists and, of course, the food. Try the frog legs, served with capers, brioche croutons and garlic, then go halfsies on the daily whole wood grilled fish special. Don’t forget the equally lovely desserts from award winner Hedy Goldsmith, who proves she can do more than nostalgic treats.
