This farm-to-fork restaurant on the outskirts of town wouldn’t feel out of place in California, with crates of wine lining the sparsely decorated dining room and large glass windows looking out onto a sunny terrace surrounded by raised garden beds. Expect farm-fresh entrées such as buttery polenta with caramelized onions and speziata sausage, risotto with asparagus and crispy pancetta, and seared mackerel with creamy carrots. Unfussy desserts include pollen gelato drizzled with local honey, and apple pie with cinnamon ice cream and calvados.
