One of the chicest restaurants in the Nassau area, Dune also boasts a stellar spot right on the beach. Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s outpost at the One & Only Ocean Club on Paradise Island was designed by Christian Liaigre, and it combines a British Colonial design with modern, minimal black and gray interiors. The menu ranges from roasted grouper with vegetables and a herb mash to coconut soup with chicken, galangal and shitakes. Many of the herbs in Dune’s dishes come from the garden right outside its door.
