What started as a roadside stand hawking conch salad off the Potters Cay dock in the ’80s, is now a full-blown brick-and-mortar success. The brightly colored restaurant serves a variety of traditional Bahamian food like fried grouper, conch fritters, lobster, snapper and of course the infamous conch salad. It’s a great place to grab a beer and try a little local flavor.
