This 50-acre zoo houses large cats, bears, primates and hundreds of other animals from around the world. Take a walk on the boardwalk through the free range African preserve, where antelope, wildebeest, rhinoceros and zebra roam together. Visitors can also hand feed giraffes, visit the petting zoo or step into the Australian Free-Flight Budgiery where parakeets munch on budgie treat sticks from the palm of your hand. Tired of walking? Ride the Safari Line Limited Train for an intimate view of the gorillas and Nile hippos. For an extra fee, you can also sign up for a behind-the-scenes tour to experience the zoo from the eyes of a zookeeper—you may even get to pet the most dangerous animal in Africa.
