Roosevelt Row is fairly quiet, except for the first Friday night of every month, when thousands of art enthusiasts swarm the streets for the First Friday Art Walk. This popular celebration of street performers, merchants and more than 70 art neighborhood galleries is concentrated in the Row but extends to Grand Avenue and the Phoenix Art Museum, headquarters for First Fridays. (Free shuttles start at the museum.)
