The Qin Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai offers a unique bamboo foot ritual, using heated bamboo sticks to assist in the relief of stress and tension. It helps improve blood supply, fostering a restoration of the body's natural state of equilibrium. This technique is based upon the premise that the body contains chi, or energy, which is constantly flowing through channels that unite to form the reflex points on the feet and hand. They’re not playing footsy so be prepared for an out-of-body experience!
