Dining at Ultraviolet is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Sure, you may have to save for a year to be able to afford it, but if you’re looking for a mind-blowing dining experience, it’s worth it. Acclaimed chef Paul Pairet and his team prepare a 20-course avant-garde multisensory dinner, paired with specialized scents, surround-sound music, changing video screens and out-of-the-box utensils. The menu changes constantly, but one recent course was a modernist take on fish ‘n’ chips served to a Beatles soundtrack on a table that had been turned into a British flag and walls that reflected a rainy day. The location is a secret; confirmed guests will be given a meeting point and then led to Ultraviolet for dinner. Book months in advance for a spot at the Ultraviolet’s 10-seat table.
