Formerly Hungry Charlies, Chuck’s is the mainstay of Marshall Street nightlife for Syracuse University. A sports bar with a dive bar theme (think pool table, graffiti-ed walls and $7 pitchers of PBR), Chuck’s is popular with current students and visiting graduates who come for the inexpensive drinks, jovial atmosphere, TouchTunes music and arcade games. Bring your friends, a deck of cards, a few quarters for playing some FlipCup and a Sharpie marker for tagging the already marked-up walls.
