This densely packed biker cum hipster ribs joint is sensory overload at its very best—loud music, a tattooed wait staff, wafting smells of sweet hickory and seared pig. The dinosaur-sized proportions and slathered-on sauces are enough to get the ribs joint on Man vs. Food, but patrons come here as much for the food (the pulled pork, brisket, mac n’ cheese and baked beans are all a don’t miss) as they do the live music, divey atmosphere and a look at the central New York Harley crew.
